I can't recommend Chris enough as a PT. He has helped me build a really strong foundation, even when I was being stubborn and getting frustrated. My metabolism was seriously shot but he kept reminding me to trust the process and stay consistent. Chris constantly pushes me, and what really stands out is how much attention he pays to my progress, nothing slips through the cracks. I recently did a DEXA scan and got the best results I've ever had, which says it all. A huge thanks to Chris for the work he has out in to get me where I am.
This amazing human being has played a massive part in the lives of myself and husband over the last 12 months. Not only has he played personal trainer, coach, psych, cheerleader & motivator, but someone that I see as a friend. Mental health and disability is not a barrier when you have a PT like Chris. Chris was able to create a personalised exercise and nutrition plan for a complex person and case like myself. Having complex mental health and Functional Neurological Disorder - Seizures (FND) was no deterrent for a PT like Chris. I have had no luck finding a safe gym and PT to trust with a background in medical environments and/or exposure and experience in first-hand complex first aid within the Logan/GC region. At a moments notice I can collapse and be partial paralysed, unable to walk, talk and move. However, to my luck I was able to meet Chris, someone who is highly qualified, knowledgeable and experienced beyond just fitness certifications. He is someone who is friendly, listens, adapts and devised a special fitness plan to work beyond all barriers and gave me the opportunity to have my independence back into my life again, to allow me to gain strength, build muscle and see results, and even if you can not make it to the gym, online training and supports are there to keep you motivated, stay on track and get you through the challenging days.
It's been great training with Chris. I'd never been to the gym before but starting by doing sessions with him has been fantastic and has definitely been 100% worth it. He has been very supportive, encouraging and only wants the best for you.
I used to go to the gym with no plan, no idea what to do and just feeling lost. I then got in touch with Chris for some help and it literally changed my life. He has given me a personalised roadmap and system that works perfect for me and ive noticed incredible changes in such a short amount of time. If it wasn’t for Chris I’d have no idea what I’d be doing now, probably still just winging it and going around circles haha. If you wanna see amazing results and feel confident in what you’re doing then Chris is the guy to help! Worth every cent and minute I’ve spent with him!!!!! Only regret is I didn’t start sooner 💪💪💪

We have been training with Chris for about a month now and are absolutely loving it. Chris is an outstanding personal trainer! His support, encouragement, and motivation go above and beyond, creating the perfect training environment for his clients. We feel incredibly lucky to have found him for our teenage son, who was looking for guidance and education as he began his fitness journey. After many years of neglecting my body and not exercising, I was reluctant and scared to join a gym. Chris has supported me and given me the confidence to join the gym and regain my self confidence in my everyday life. Chris’s knowledge and understanding of the human body is phenomenal, his ability to support and work around my pre-existing injuries have helped me overcome injuries that I’ve had for years. I always walk out of the gym feeling stronger physically and mentally and I owe that to Chris for being the best PT in the business!!
My husband Adam, and I have been training with Chris, and we couldn’t be happier. He’s been incredibly patient while teaching us how to use the machines and getting us into a solid routine. Chris has a great way of pushing us without ever making it feel overwhelming, and we always manage to have a good laugh along the way.
